House MRTG-UPS Rebuild MRTG Configs Stop Start MRTG

House These are house-keeping scripts. MRTG UPS is an /etc/init.d script used for starting an MRTG process which looks at the UPS MRTG config file -- we run many MRTG processes, each focussed on a particular MRTG config file. Rebuild MRTG Configs runs the various "build" scripts each night, rebuilding the specified mrtg.cfg files. Stop Start MRTG stops all our MRTG processes, wipes their logs, and restarts them -- the Rebuild MRTG Configs script calls it.
